This is the Photoshop rendering of the backyard of my house. I measured and measured and finally created an accurate layout for designing a pond I plan on creating in the back. It goes where it says "POND". : ) Had an AWESOME concrete guy out on Saturday, with whom I really hit it off. He seemed smart, capable and most importantly enthusiastic and thoughtfully exuberant about the planning of the pond. He would say, "This is a GREAT house you got here, and go into thought... A smile would emerge and he'd say, "This is gonna look GRRRRRRREAT!" Ok so he didn't say it like Tony the Tiger, but his name was Mike and I hope he'll give me a fair bid, and do an incredible job. I'm doing a lot of outdoor improvements on the crib this summer, and one thing I'm learning is that when you go, go big. Like in all aspects of life... Do it awesome! The pond I'm designing will be nothing to sneeze at, which I don't understand as a saying, but nevertheless you will not sneeze at my pond. Or in it. Fish gotta stay healthy! As a matter of fact, I'll fuck you up if you sneeze in my pond and give you the "ol' bootski" as they say in Northeast Los Angeles between avenues 43 and 57. Who wan come test me now mon? Anyway, I'm really excited to have a pond and fish in my backyard. I'm also excited that I'm going big with it all. When it's all said and done, my house will be an absolute dream for the next happy owners. Go big!
I Go BIG mon!
